Circular Product Design

21-09-2023

Rivertex is committed to designing products that last longer, are made fromrecycled content and are recyclable. Without compromising on quality. We believe the success of recycling fabrics lies in the acceptance of the waste by recycling companies. We therefore develop products made from materials that are most commonly recycled such as PET and PP. This way we make sure most recycling companies will accept the fabric at the end of its life. This is what we call Circular Product Design.

Sustainable alternative to PVC coated fabrics
Our range of RIVERCYCLON fabrics were developed with this philosophy in mind. RIVERCYCLON is entirely made of the second most recycled polymer in the world and is therefore 100% recyclable and widely accepted by plastic recyclers as a valuable source of raw material.

More-over, it has excellent heat welding properties and it is 40% lighter than PVC coated fabrics making it much easier to handle. No harmful fumes are released during processing, use and waste.

With RIVERCYCLON we offer our customers the opportunity to become more sustainable, without having to compromise on quality or price. A perfect replacement for PVC coated fabrics of which most tarps are made.

RIVERCYCLON at Zeilmakerij Vakbeurs
On October 10 and 11 Zeilmakerij Vakbeurs will be held at Expo Houten in The Netherlands. Thisyear Rivertex will be exhibiting at this tradefair aimed at the sailmaking industry. Our main focus will be on RIVERCYCLON, the sustainable alternative to PVC coated fabrics.

We believe that this sustainable alternative is the future of tarpaulin and would like to inspire you to take this step towards a greener future.

We would like to invite you to discover the benefits of RIVERCYCLON at our stand at Zeilmakerij Vakbeurs or contact us with you inquiry. Either way our experts will be there to answer questions and offer advice on the use and possibilities of RIVERCYCLON and other fabrics from our extensive offering.
